Description

The sweet and sour-tasting Share Plum, Prunus mume (Japanese apricot), has been cherished in TCM in Southeast Asia for generations. The plums grow wild in a 150 km² bee-protection area in Southeast Asia and are hand-picked before fermenting for at least 30 months in their own fruit juice. Afterwards, they are coated with mulberry fruit powder, yerba mate, and natural carotene extract, and continue fermenting in airtight individual packs.

Application

Eat a plum pure in the evening after dinner - be careful! There is a seed in the middle! Immediately after eating the plum, drink a glass of body-warm water (300-500ml).
Tip: To get used to the intensity of the fruit, start with half a plum in the first few days. The other half can be stored well in the refrigerator for the next evening. Increase the portion to a whole plum once you feel accustomed to it.
