Shipping within Germany (Zone 1): €4.50, free shipping for orders over €49.

Shipping to Zone 3 (Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary): €18.90, free shipping for orders over €150.
Shipping to Zone 4 (Croatia, Latvia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Spain): €24.90, free shipping for orders over €150.

To balance out transport-related CO2 emissions, we send our MyNatureShop packages exclusively with DHL GoGreen and DPD. Through climate-neutral shipping and the use of environmentally friendly packaging materials, we want to set a clear example for environmental protection.
As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number by email. This way you can track your order via the tracking link and see where your shipment is at the moment. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours until the first information is displayed.
Sure, you can also collect your order directly at our store. Please select the option "Pick up in shop" in the shipping method. After you have completed your purchase, we will inform you via email as soon as your products are ready for collection. During our opening hours, you can pick up your order within a few hours. Unfortunately, not. Due to the separate accounting, it’s technically impossible for us make you a simpler offer than to pay directly online using your preferred payment method. Alternatively, you are always welcome to use our in-store sales. We are looking forward to your visit!
No, there’s no need to hurry. As soon as we have sent you your pick-up confirmation, your order has reached our Vita Verde warehouse and you have plenty of time to pick it up in the following days. If you are unable to attend, please contact us by telephone on our shop number. Otherwise, we will also remind you of the delivery by e-mail and/or telephone.
If your order was successful, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail on your registered e-mail address only a few minutes later. Please check your spam folder as well.
Unfortunately, not. After receiving your order, we immediately start preparing for shipping. However, if you notice something wrong directly after completing your purchase, do not hesitate to contact us straight at support@mynatureshop.com and we will look for a satisfactory solution for you. If necessary, we can cancel your order completely so you can place your order again.
You can only cancel your order if it has not yet been packed. If your order is already on its way to you, you can refuse to accept it. In this case, the package will automatically be returned to us. As soon as we receive the package, we will refund the purchase price to you via the payment method you used when purchasing the product. However, we will have to deduct the postage costs incurred for the return transport.

No, unfortunately not. For reasons of data protection, ordering by telephone is not permitted. Of course, we make an exception for customers who are not familiar with the Internet in general and who explicitly give their consent for us to enter their data and place a chargeable order.

After successfully receiving your order, we will prepare your package for delivery as quickly as possible and hand it over to the shipping company. You will then receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number by email. Usually, our delivery time within Germany is 2-4 working days and for Poland for example 3-5 working days. You can see the estimated delivery time in the product description.
If your package is returned to us due to undeliverability (e.g. because the package was not picked up in time from the collection point or you accidentally entered the wrong address), we will refund the purchase price minus the postage costs incurred for the return transport.

Returns

Please note that even very high-quality natural cosmetics and food supplements can have special product characteristics that you may not know from other products. This means, for example, that the consistency, colour and fragrance of natural cosmetics can only be defined within a certain period of time. There may also be slight variations from batch to batch. In natural care, there may also be noticeable differences in the application properties. This is quite normal and a sign of pure, genuine natural cosmetics without chemicals.

If a natural product really steps out of line and performs differently than expected within 14 days of delivery, please send us an email with your concern and your order number. This way we can offer you a trouble-free support: support@mynatureshop.com

If you would like to return your purchased product and there is no clear product defect, please read the information under "What do I have to consider when returning a product?” You can contact our customer support exclusively by e-mail or via our contact form. We usually respond within one working day. We are happy to answer any questions you may have. Please note, however, that the refund is at the discretion of MyNatureShop.
If there is any reason for complaint, please note our information on withdrawal. Depending on whether the item has a detectable defect or not, the costs of the return shipment are to be paid by you:

For items with no detectable defect, in their original condition and within 14 days of delivery you are responsible the costs of the return.

For items with detectable defect and within 14 days of delivery we will bear the costs of the return.

Please note, that returns of products, considered to be returned, can only be accepted within 14 days after delivery. Do no hesitate to contact us (support@mynatureshop.com) in case of delivery problems or in case you would like to return your items. Together, we will find the best solution possible.
If you wish to return an item without a detectable defect within 14 days of delivery, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that the items must be returned unopened/unused, with labels and in the original packaging. We ask for your understanding that we can only take back goods that are in their original condition and whose purchase does not exceed the 14 days mentioned. Please contact us at support@mynatureshop.com if there are any problems with your delivery or if you wish to return your order. Together, we will find the best solution possible for you.
As soon as we have received the return, it will be checked. If all the return criteria have been met, the refund will be processed in the same way as you paid. Opened or used products cannot be refunded unless there is a clear product defect. We also ask for your understanding that your purchase must not exceed the 14 days mentioned above. We reserve the right to retain part of the money if we receive damaged goods back. If there are no complaints, you can expect your money within 3-4 days after receiving the package. If you wish to exchange a product for another, please return the unwanted item in its original condition (you will be responsible for the return shipping costs) and place a new order yourself. Currently, we offer you to pay with the following methods: Paypal, credit card (VISA, Master), purchase on account, Przelewy24. The payment processing takes place via the payment service provider Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 313, 1016EE Amsterdam, Netherlands (in the following: "mollie").
You can insert the voucher code, which you can find on voucher coupon, right ahead at the order check-out. The voucher amount will be deducted automatically from the purchase value in the cart. Please note, that the voucher is only valid in our online store and not acceptable at our retail store.
If you have a discount code, insert it at the end of your order check-out in the dedicated field. The discount will be deducted automatically from the purchase value in the cart.

Generally speaking: you do not need a customer account to shop here. Once you check in as a guest, all purchase information is sent by email only. By creating an account, you will not only speed up the checkout process, but you will also be able to view your orders online. In addition, setting up an account is completely free of charge.
Unfortunately, not. Due to separate storing, not every product is available at any time at the store. If you want to play safe, you may order your items online at MyNatureShop and choose the shipping method “pick up at store”. Thus, you can pick up your desired products directly at the store within only a few hours and free of any shipping costs.
Our MyNatureShop shopping vouchers are meant to make your loved ones happy. It works like this: You will receive your voucher (in digital print version) by email 1-2 working days after your order. Digital print version means that you will find the voucher ready for printing in a high-quality PDF format in your mailbox. You can then conveniently print it out at home, cut it out if necessary and hand it out as a gift.

There is a voucher code on each voucher, which only needs to be redeemed when you complete your order in the shop. The voucher amount will then be automatically deducted from the purchase value of the shopping cart. The voucher is only valid for the online shop and cannot be redeemed in our shop.
You will receive your voucher (in digital print version) by email 1-2 working days after your order. It is indeed possible that your voucher gets stuck in your spam folder so please, do also check this one.
Unfortunately, not. This voucher is only valid in our online store and not acceptable at our retail store. Otherwise, you may redeem your voucher online by shopping at MyNatureShop and pick up your items personally only a few hours later via Click & Collect. Furthermore, you can also buy a Vita Verde voucher at our retail store which can only be redeemed there.
