In our online shop, we offer the following shipping cost regulations:

Shipping within Germany (Zone 1):
Shipping cost: €4.50 (insured shipping)
Free shipping on orders over €49

Shipping to Austria and Poland (Zone 2):
Shipping cost: €9.90 (insured shipping)
Free shipping on orders over €150

Shipping in Zone 3 (Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary):
Shipping cost: €18.90 (insured shipping)
Free shipping on orders over €150

Shipping in Zone 4 (Croatia, Latvia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Spain):
Shipping cost: €24.90 (insured shipping)

We would like to point out that we have no minimum order value and do not charge a small quantity surcharge.

Payment methods

Order your products easily and comfortably. We offer you the following payment methods via the payment service provider "mollie": Klarna invoice, Klarna Payment by instalments, credit card, PayPal, Przelewy24.

Payment service


Mollie

If you choose a payment method offered via the payment service "mollie", the payment will be processed via the payment service provider Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 313, 1016 EE Amsterdam, the Netherlands ( in the following: "mollie"). The individual payment methods offered via mollie will be provided to the customer in the seller's online shop. For the processing of payments, mollie may use other payment services, for which special payment conditions may apply, to which the customer may be informed separately. Klarna (only possible with payment in euros)

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna:

Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from the date of dispatch of the goods/ticket/ or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service. Payment by instalments: With the Klarna payment service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after Klarna has sent you a monthly invoice. The use of the payment methods Klarna Invoice and Instalment Purchase requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of the address and credit check as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the credit check. Payment notice


PayPal

If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you submit a payment order directly to your PayPal payment service provider by confirming your purchase. The invoice amount will be debited from your PayPal customer account as soon as you have received the order confirmation from My Nature Shop. You can find more information about this service at www.paypal.com.

Paying in only a few steps:

1. Select „PayPal“ as your payment method at the checkout.
2. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to make the payment.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and fulfil the payment. If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create one and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal it is not necessary to create a PayPal account.
4. Then, you will be redirected back to us (www.mynatureshop.com).

Delivery time

We will process your order immediately after receiving it. Your order is usually delivered within 3-5 days (Sundays and public holidays not included). All delivery times are estimated delivery times as long as stocks last. If items are not available for unforeseeable reasons, we reserve the right not to deliver. In this case you will be informed immediately and any payments already received will be refunded. In the case of doubtful delivery address information or unstable residence, we reserve the right to deliver to the billing address.

Our shipping providers


To balance out transport-related CO2 emissions, we send our My Nature Shop parcels within Germany exclusively with the environmentally friendly shipping service DHL GoGreen. In addition, we rely on the reliable service of DPD for shipments within and outside Germany, which guarantees a safe and fast delivery of your products. Through climate-neutral shipping and the use of environmentally friendly packaging materials, we set a clear example for environmental protection.
