Description

This fine treat was created to support healthy child development, as the essential polyunsaturated fatty acids EPA and DHA accompany us from an early age throughout our lives. As essential fatty acids, they cannot be produced by the body itself and must therefore be ingested in sufficient quantities through food. Especially organs such as the eyes and brain, which are partly made up of fat, contain the omega-3 fatty acid DHA. To maintain the function of these organs, omega-3 must always be taken in with food. Particularly when fish consumption is too low or the associated pollution is avoided, the purified marine oil in delicious jelly drops is ideal as a supplement for the whole family.

The omega-3 fatty acid DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and brain function.
The omega-3 fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) support normal heart function.
Vitamin D contributes to a normal immune system.

Due to the variety of fish oil products on the market especially cheap but heavily contaminated food supplements can be found on a regular basis. NORSAN products are purified from heavy metals, pollutants and PCBs in a special 3-fold method, so that the body - whether large or small - is not unnecessarily stressed. The original NORSAN Omega-3 products are regularly tested by independent laboratories.

Application

The daily intake varies according to the age of children. NORSAN recommends:
3-6 years: 2 drops a day (500mg omega-3 in total)
6-12 years: 4 drops a day (1,000mg omega-3 in total)
Not suitable for children under the age of 3 years. Children younger than 3 years should be given omega-3 through breastmilk (diet and dietary supplements via the mother).

Safety advice:Omega-3 KIDS Jelly should be stored in a cool, dry place and not exposed to direct sunlight. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of small children. May have a laxative effect if consumed in excess.

Ingredients

Natural fish oil, sweeteners (xylitol and sorbitol), water, gelatine, natural flavour (lemon and strawberry), acidity regulator (sodium citrate), acidifier (malic acid), emulsifier (lecithin), colourant (paprika extract), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).
