Description
The sweet and sour tasting share plum Prunus mume (Jap. apricot) is a fruit that has been used for generations in South-East Asia to support intestinal well-being. The plums are allowed to grow wild in a 150 km² bee sanctuary in South East Asia and are hand-picked before being allowed to ferment in their own fruit juice for at least 30 months. They are then coated with mulberry fruit powder, yerba mate and natural carotene extract and continue to ferment in their airtight individual packets.
Just one fruit a day is enough to experience the effects on your own body. Enthusiastic customers report unprecedented well-being in the intestines after only a short period of use.

Application
Eat a plum pure in the evening after dinner - be careful! There is a seed in the middle! Immediately after eating the plum, drink a glass of body-warm water (300-500ml).
Tip: If your intestines react too strongly to the plum, try half a plum for the first few days to acclimatise. Keep the other half well packed in the fridge for the next evening. Increase to a whole plum when you feel ready.
