Application

Stir 1 measuring spoon of VITALITY Synbiotic 6 into 1/8 l of water 1-2 times daily, wait at least 1 minute for activation time, stir again and drink it then. It is recommended to take it in the morning before breakfast and/or in the evening shortly before going to bed.
VITALITY Synbiotic 6 may also be taken during pregnancy and is already suitable for babies.If you suffer from fructose intolerance, extend the activation time to at least 30 minutes. During this time, the bacteria metabolise all the fructooligosaccharides. This means that no fructose enters the intestine.
