Application
Stir 1 sachet of Vitality Synbiotic Pro-Vi 5 (= 2 g) into approx. 1/8 l of water 1-2 times daily, wait at least 1 minute for activation, stir again and then drink. It is recommended to take it on an empty stomach. For 2 sachets daily, it is recommended to take 30 minutes before breakfast and dinner.
