The hair and skin care products of the I’m Resource Institute were developed to free your body from harming substances through effective microorganisms and unique mixtures of different organic ingredients. Effective microorganisms play a crucial role in regard of skin problems like eczema.
Hair Resource combines: Plant-based raw materials, microorganisms of varying effectiveness, enzymes, minerals but also hair- identical keratins and proteins, made up through fermentation.
Every content has its own meaning and develops its grateful effects during individual use and matching the operator’s character through synergistic collaboration. These products can also help with eczema and other skin problems, thanks to the effective microorganisms and natural ingredients.
In contrast to other branded products, these products are not only selected according to hair type (dry, flaky, greasy hair, etc.) - the ideal product results from the character of the user and the product. The inside and outside of the bottles are covered with a medical copper component to enhance the impact on the user’s own vibrations.
The best way to find your perfectly fitting, personal product is through your current condition. There are a total of nine different basic products: Christ-All, Mate, Ma, Theos, Geo, Metrie, Silvius, Eos, Lux. Environmental awareness is the second big deal of the I’m Resource Institute. Therefore, the packages are made of opal glass, the etiquettes of compostable cellulose and so are completely biodegradable, including the glue.

- Lux: This hair shampoo and shower gel has a soothing and structuring effect on the skin and hair. Through the fermentation of olives, the skin receives valuable protective substances from polyphenols, strengthening fatty acids for the skin and soothes dry and chapped skin.
- Metrie: This hair shampoo and shower gel is particularly popular with stressed scalps. Aloe vera moisturises dry scalps and soothes irritation. Psoriasis is also soothed by the nutrient-rich composition of Metrie.
- BG 92: This light fluid is an absolute all-rounder for skin and hair. Whether you have stressed skin or hair, this product meets your relaxation and soothing needs with its anti-inflammatory and anti-itching properties. Use this product directly on your scalp - immediately after shampooing and as needed.
- Christ-All: This deep cleansing hair shampoo and shower gel relieves the body and senses with its fresh scent of fermented lime. Sebum, deposits and environmental toxins are noticeably removed from the hair. Hair looks healthier, shiny and falls easily. Unpleasant odours are also eliminated and the scalp is soothed. We recommend Christ-All for daily use 10 days before and after hair colouring. Please note that depending on the composition of your hair colour, the colour result may change when using Christ-All!
- Eos: This moisturising hair shampoo and shower gel dissolves excess substances that stress the skin and hair and cares for damaged hair. The ideal product for repeated hair colouring. Coloured hair is regenerated, moisturised and intensively revitalised and supplied with shine.
- Total Kombucha 56: The intensive care with Kombucha moisturises damaged hair with fermented plant oils, sea silk, enzymes and minerals. Damaged hair can regenerate its structure and regain its original shape. Perfect as a leave-in after cleansing with Eos or Christ-All.
- Lux: This hair shampoo and shower gel has a soothing and texturising effect on skin and hair. Through the fermentation of olives, the skin and hair receive valuable protective substances from polyphenols, strengthening fatty acids for the skin and soothes dry and brittle hair. Hair elasticity is also strengthened.
- LD3: The intensive care not only serves as a leave-in but also as a hair gel with a light hold. The cream improves the styling experience and the hair's manageability. Dry and shaggy hair is smoothed, nourished and beautifully shaped.
- Reconstructure 57: Do you want an intensive hair treatment and anti-split care? Reconstructure 57 envelops your hair in a protective layer for more shine, suppleness and combability. Hair damage is repaired, split ends are reduced and hair fibres are strengthened and silky smooth.
- Ma: For particularly fine and weak hair, we recommend Ma with fermented mango for intense expressiveness. The restorative substances from enzymes, minerals from algae, vitamins and sea silk strengthen the hair structure and hair pigments. The hair looks expressive, robust and thoroughly cared for again.
- LD6: The intensive care not only serves as a leave-in but also as a hair gel with a light hold. The cream improves the styling experience and the hair's manageability. Dry and shaggy hair is smoothed, nourished and beautifully shaped.
- Total Proof 53: Dry and damaged hair finds redemption with Total Proof intensive care. The hair is intensively moisturised, supplied with shine and its fine structure is smoothed. We recommend using it on the ends in particular.
- Mate: Skin and hair with excess sebum production experience relief with the Mate hair shampoo and shower gel, which removes excess substances such as grease and deposits. Even sensitive scalps are not stressed by daily use, but can recover. The hair looks light, fresh, shines intensely and can be styled wonderfully. It is best to start with daily use and gradually increase the intervals between hair washes to gradually reduce sebum production.
- All Donna 20: The gentle yet targeted All Donna cleansing lotion not only removes excess dirt and sebum, but also intensively nourishes the skin. With this product, oily skin will find a 2-in-1 care product that supports the skin barrier with its nourishing substances and already provides sufficient care. An additional skin cream is not necessarily required.
- Ma: For particularly fine and weak hair, we recommend Ma with fermented mango for intense expressiveness. - Silvius: This revitalising hair shampoo and shower gel revitalises the hair and stimulates hair growth through its intensive care. Skin and hair are also lightly detoxified so that the hair roots are not only nourished but also purified.
- Avathaar: The all-round product for the whole body refreshes and revitalises the cells. Minerals, proteins, vitamins and much more can be sprayed specifically onto the desired areas and strengthen the environment there with beneficial microbes. For a lasting effect, even with hair loss.
- Christ-All: This deep cleansing hair shampoo and shower gel relieves the body and senses with its fresh scent of fermented lime. Sebum, deposits and environmental toxins are noticeably removed from the hair. Hair appears healthier, shiny and falls easily. Unpleasant odours are also eliminated and the scalp is soothed. We recommend Christ-All for daily use for 30 days for initial relief. After that, we recommend the product Eos.

- Tooth Cream Normal 13: The fermented toothpaste with a variety of enzymes, minerals and microorganisms supports an optimal oral flora and balances the natural pH value of the oral cavity. Inflammation can thus be reduced more quickly and the tooth structure strengthened.
- Tooth Powder: Helps with tooth mineralisation and restores the natural balance of the oral flora. Inflamed gums in particular find relief and the necessary minerals for soothing with the tooth powder.
- Avathaar: The all-round product for the whole body refreshes and revitalises the cells. Minerals, proteins, vitamins and much more can be sprayed directly into the oral cavity, where they strengthen the environment with beneficial microbes. For a lasting effect after every brushing session and at will.
- Geo: The soothing hair shampoo and shower gel cares for particularly dry and flaky skin and scalp. Damaged and irritated skin is soothed and the skin's natural acid mantle is strengthened by effective microorganisms. We recommend Geo for daily use until the irritation has visibly reduced.
- Proof System Cream 96: The natural fermented skin cream stimulates the skin's cell renewal and is the ideal support after cleansing the skin with Geo. The skin is visibly regenerated and is supplied with more nutrients to minimise skin damage and pigmentation disorders.
- Toidi: This highly soothing skin cream made from fermented hemp soothes irritated and inflamed skin in particularly difficult cases, such as eczema, sunburn, abrasions and insect bites. Skin cells can regenerate more quickly and are supplied with strengthening fatty acids and minerals. The helpful microorganisms support the optimal skin flora and prevent further irritation.
